I have had overall responsibility for Westcliff Lodge since 1991. I have much experience in the elderly care sector. My qualifications include an LLB Hons, BSc Hons, a PhD in Health Professional Studies and Registered Midwife status.

I have worked in the care sector for nine years, and been a senior carer at Westcliff Lodge since 2008, where I am also head of housekeeping. I am responsible for maintaining the petty cash accounts.
